I started photographing the world a month before I left to travel it.

What began as curiosity became something more — a way of being present.

I became captivated by the stories of those around me and by a growing connection to my surroundings — the things I wanted to remember: how light peers through leaves, the way waves swell at the shore, the richness of a fading sunset.

The trivial became significant.

Photography has become my vessel for presence and appreciation.
